In 1923, the Duragraph™ collection was launched. The model was named by combining the words "durable" and "graph". The new Duragraph Savoy combines regal vintage style with modern style.
The House of Savoy is a royal dynasty founded in 1003 in the historic Italian region of Savoy. Through its junior branch, Savoy-Carignano, the House of Savoy led the unification of Italy in 1860 and ruled the Kingdom of Italy until 1946. The Unification of Italy, also known as the Risorgimento, was a 19th-century political and social movement that resulted in the unification of the various states of the Italian Peninsula into one state, the Kingdom of Italy. This historic event was chosen as the inspiration for the new, aristocratic and elegant design of the Duragraph Savoy collection.
Duragraph Savoy combines elegance, cutting-edge design and functionality that increase writing comfort. The perfectly sized body is covered with blue, high-quality textured leather that is soft to the touch and at the same time very durable. The leather is decorated with handmade, high-quality cross-stitch embroidery. The cap with brown resin accents completes the exquisite look. The product is packed in an elegant case.
The nib is size F, other nib sizes are available upon request.
